As part of our ongoing improvements at Primary Image, we have recently launched a brand new customer support area.
It features an extensive list of help topics and tutorials, which means our customers can quickly find help to common questions. There’s also lots of handy tips, particularly on using the WordPress website editor software.
Other improvements we’ve already made this year include moving all our customers’ websites to a new state-of-the-art hosting facility, as well as upgrading our customers’ email accounts.
You will find over 70 articles in our new support area, exclusive to Primary Image, with more topics being added each week.
To guide you through various common tasks, we’ve included a number of in-depth tutorials, with lots of screenshots along the way. This allows us to offer you a better level of support, with tutorials already available for when you need them.

New payment option: pay via card
You now have the option of paying our invoices by debit or credit card, conveniently via our website.
Previously we have only accepted payments via bank transfer, cheque, PayPal or a card payment over the phone. From now onwards, we will be discontinuing PayPal as a payment option.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards via this new facility. Primary Image does not charge any extra fees for using this service.
We’re using a company called Stripe to handle card payments securely via our website. Unlike services such as PayPal, you don’t get redirected to any external websites and the payment form is extremely quick and simple to use.
Stripe is one of the leading payment providers on the internet, handling billions of pounds each day, for over 100,000+ businesses. They currently have the most stringent level of security certification available in the payments industry.

Remember, we doubled the storage space for all our customers’ email accounts in April, at no extra charge!
