As the Christmas holiday fast approaches, we wanted to send our warmest wishes all our customers.  Thank you for working with us over the past year.  And we wish you a very happy and well-deserved break.  Happy Christmas!

 

Holiday opening times

We are closing our office from Friday 22nd December 2023 from midday.

As always, our data centre technicians will be working 24/7 throughout the holidays and we’ll still be monitoring our customers’ websites too.

We will be available, offering limited support via email, if you have any emergency requests.

For any routine work and website edits, we’ll be resuming normal office hours from Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

 

Introducing our new name…

As you may have seen from our Christmas card… after almost fourteen years as Primary Image, we’re soon changing our name to Dot Create, so we can better reflect our focus on website design, development and web hosting.

We’re still the same company, the same people, and we’ll continue to offer you the same high level of service you can expect from us. And you’ll also see new benefits and services being rolled-out over the next few months as we start our new journey as Dot Create.

We very much look forward to continuing our work together into 2024 and supporting your website(s).
