This is best for customers who just want occasional work, with no commitments.
Medium task
Work that will normally take up to half a day, such as creating a new template or adding new functionality.

Small task
These are tasks that typically take up to two hours, such as copying and editing a new webpage.
£160 +VAT
Mini task
These are mini tasks that will normally take less than an hour.
£80 +VAT
Micro task
Generally tasks that take less than half hour, such as little content changes.
£40 +VAT
Any substantial or complex tasks, estimated to take over half a day, will be priced in half-day instalments.

WORK SUBSCRIPTIONS:
For our customers who work with us regularly and commit to an annual arrangement, we reward you with discounted rates. This is known in the design industry as working on a “retained basis”.
As well as cheaper rates, you’ll also benefit from having a budget of work to use (particularly if your organisation sets annual budget targets), and it means there’s less invoicing administration too.
All our monthly subscriptions are billed on an annual basis, in advance. For added flexibility, you can carry over unused time for one extra month.

Website Training
We offer training on all aspects of running a website, including using WordPress software and SEO.
Normally this is carried out virtually via a video call.
We can also offer training at our office, or at your premises on a 1-2-1 basis, so you can use your own computer.
We will tailor our tuition to the aspects you want to cover.
If we are travelling to your site, please note travel time (calculated from our base in Southend-on-Sea, Essex) is also factored into our quote.
We can also organise training for groups and prepare training materials / slides in advance – please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Out-of-hours or "rush" rate
If you have an urgent business need, we can sometimes do work outside of our normal office hours (e.g. during evenings, weekends or holiday periods). Please get in touch to check our availability. If you ask us to do any out-of-hours work, we charge double our normal rate.
