We take our website hosting uptime very seriously.
Whilst no website host can ever guarantee 100% uptime forever, not even the giants of Google or Facebook manage that (and have their blips of downtime every now and then), we are very proud of our reputation for reliability. Read more in our blog post.
Our uptime is independently monitored and recorded by a third-party, with checks made every two minutes of all our customers’ websites.
For Primary Image customers on our Business and Enterprise hosting plans, we offer a Service Level Agreement with compensation for downtime.

Much of the downtime recorded in the table above occurs during the night when maintenance tasks may be carried out on our web servers, so the impact on visitors is normally minimal.
Please note, in the uptime chart above, we’ve actually increased the downtime gaps by five times to make them more visible, so this isn’t to scale!
