We’ve recently launched a new portal for customers who have an annual work subscription with us.
We offer discounted packages to customers who commit to working with us every month for a year. For example, you could ask for a webpage to be edited in January, a new feature to be added in February, and for some photo editing in March, etc.
Our subscriptions are invoiced upfront for the year, but in return we offer discounts of up to 20% off our standard work rates, making this an attractive benefit for customers who work regularly with us.
We have three pre-paid work subscriptions available: Light, Intermediate and Big, depending on how much you’d like to use our support and web design/development services each month.
Introducing our new work subscription portal
Our new portal means you can easily track how much work is available on your monthly allowance.
For customers with an active work subscription, we’ll be in touch in the next few days with a link to your portal.
Your portal will include details of every task completed and how much of your allowance is remaining each month.
And, conveniently, you can access these reports at any time, which replaces our older process of sending you periodic PDF reports.
We’ve built this portal area in-house exclusively for our Dot Create customers. In addition, we’ve built several online databases and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for customers in recent times. If you’re interested in a bespoke online database or tool for your business or organisation, please get in touch!
Our new name…
After almost fourteen years as Primary Image, we’re soon changing our name to Dot Create, so we can better reflect our focus on website design, development and web hosting.
We’re still the same company, the same people, and we’ll continue to offer you the same high level of service you can expect from us. And you’ll also see further benefits and services being rolled-out over the next few months as we start our new journey as Dot Create.
