For our clients, just to let you know that we have updated your website to the latest version of the Content Management System (CMS). This has been a relatively small update and, as always, we install these updates out of daytime hours to minimise any disruption to your websites.
Thirteen minor bugs have been patched, as well as some additional security hardening put in place. Some very small adjustments have been made to the new back-end admin interface. Also updates were applied to various modules, including contact forms, captcha boxes, events calendars, and automatic tweeting of new posts. The exact updates applied will of course vary for each site.
You should not notice anything different to the front-end or back-end of your website as this was purely a technical update.
We’re now working on a new visitor stats system for our customers (please contact us if you’d like to trial this!). We are also planning some new autumn promotions – watch this space!
Further CMS updates are currently scheduled for October and December.
Important note: w/c 30th Sept
Primary Image will be operating a limited service between Monday 30th September to Monday 7th October. We would advise if you need any routine edits or content updates made to your website that you contact us by this Friday, 27th September. A full service will resume again from Tuesday 8th October.
