Flyer design for a fitness bootcamp

Project details

Client: Kick Ass Bootcamp
Type of business: Fitness and personal training
Location: Hockley, Essex
Date: Winter 2014
Products supplied: A5 flyers

Andy from Kick Ass Bootcamp asked Primary Image to design and print these double-sided flyers to advertise his fitness business, based in Hockley, Essex.

We produced 500x double-sided A5 flyers, printed on 170gsm glossy paper, just in time for the busy January period when fitness instructors see a big rise in bookings!

The fitness flyers are designed to be bright and eye-catching, with a green colour scheme appropriate to the fitness and health sector. Andy provided all the wording, which we incorporated into the design.

A Facebook icon and link was also included, along with his contact details to ensure there’s a clear “call to action” for those wanting to join the bootcamp. Andy also wanted his introductory offer to be predominantly display on the front of the flyer.

170gsm is a good choice of paper for general-use flyers, which is slightly thicker and feels more premium than a typical fast food leaflet through your letterbox, but still relatively low cost to produce.

The bootcamp is based in Hockley, a village between Chelmsford and Southend-on-Sea. Andy offers personal training in a fast-paced 40 minute fitness session. This includes circuit training and martial arts techniques.

We’ve also produced print products for other health-related businesses, such as F&Y Luxurious Massage.
